ABSTRACT:
This presentation will discuss the stress response and how it affects the body. Participants will take the Perceived Stress Assessment to understand their current stress levels. Once stress is understood, we will teach simple daily actions to improve their mood and productivity to reduce stress and promote healthier habits. The session will end with time for questions and answers with the facilitator.
In this workshop, participants will:
• Understanding the stress response effects on physical and mental well-being
• Realize current stress levels through the Perceived Stress Assessment
• Review habits to implement throughout the day for less stressful moments
• Learn the importance of proper nutrition and a good sleep routine
• Discuss how to make small changes every day to improve well-being
